Yes. Our extensions are made with natural human hair, selected to offer a soft, natural, and high-quality result.

The characteristics, texture, and appearance of the hair may vary slightly depending on the collection, origin, and product type.

If you have chosen the wrong shade, please contact our team to request an exchange.

The product must be returned unused, unwashed, uncut, undyed, free of any products, and must not have been altered or tampered with, while retaining its original condition, packaging, and protective elements.

Once the product is received and verified to be in the required condition, we will be able to process the exchange for a different shade, subject to availability.

We recommend contacting our team before making the return to receive the corresponding instructions.

For hygiene reasons and due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns for exchange of extensions that have been used, washed, cut, dyed, treated, or altered where the corresponding legal exception applies.
